School Project


	The first phase of the building work is a three-classroom school to allow us to begin taking primary school youngsters over a three-year period. Work has already begun on clearing ground for the foundations and the building will be erected as funds allow.

The building itself (a plan is pictured right) will include toilets and space for three classrooms. Initially it will also be used to help with work among children and young people in the area and as a base for a church.

In other schools in the area children have to pay a fee for attendance and other costs are incurred to provide books and writing materials.

There is also a charge for taking examinations. Some youngsters are unable to provide evidence of their educational status because they are unable to afford to take the examinations or buy the necessary books.

Our intention is to provide a free education for those too poor to be served by other local schools.
