In October 1999, he went to Capernwray Bible School in Carnforth, Lancashire.  It was during and as part of his studies there that he was attached to the Mount Zion Independent Methodist Church in Cliviger, near Burnley. There he stayed in the home of Mr Colin Scholes, a retired head teacher. After sharing the vision of the school in Ghana with Mr Scholes and his Church, they decided to assist him to fulfill it.
